This position requires a talented and highly conceptual focused designer who can work across digital, identity, and print.

Confidence, Conviction and problem-ownership are big aspects of this role as they would expect the person to present and defend their ideas in front of senior management.

Graphic Design is integral to the work we deliver in corporate communications and this new role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of creative solutions that work across digital, social and print, to help drive audience engagement with the work of Maldives Ports Limited.

1. Educational qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication, or Equivalent.
2. Or have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

2. Personal Skills &   Competencies

1. At least 2-5 years’ experience.
2. Possess extensive knowledge of the basic Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
3. Confident in sharing ideas and problem solving under pressure.
4. Enthusiastic and passionate about design.
5. Use initiative and be a self-starter.
6. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
7. Have impeccable attention to detail.
8. Be a team player.
9. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Have perfect command of the English Language.
11. Have a cracking attitude and hunger to learn/push themselves.
12. Ability to work independently with little supervision.
13. A solid understanding of the design process from concept to final delivery.
