Key Roles & Responsibilities:
|
- Prepare reports of data/research results and creates presentations with charts and graphs to present to management
- Organizing and analyzing data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting your findings to the Managing Director
- Analyzing, researching, and interpreting data to assist in improving the operations and using the data to guide the business’s decision-making.
- Using and applying qualitative and quantitative research design to solve problems
- Researching market trends, conducting surveys, and analyzing the business operations to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements
- Using statistical, economic, and data modeling techniques and tools
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification and Experience/Skills:
|
- Bachelor’s Degree in humanities, statistics or research related field
- Degree from an OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) Country would be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dhivehi and English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Superior research and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.
- Proficient with presentations and statistics software
- Pleasant personality
