Minimum Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Law with minimum 5 years’ experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, as required, to the management of the company in internal governance policies and managing the impact of external factors.
• Review legislations, court verdicts, correspondence, and publications and advise the Company on appropriate action to be taken.
• Draft agreements and legal documents that minimize risks and maximize legal rights.
• Legal researches on issues related to the functions of the company and provide advice to the management and the Board
• Provide advice and support in ensuring the Company meets its regulatory compliance obligations in terms of relevant statutory, regulatory, legal and corporate governance requirements
• Represent the company at the Tribunals and Courts
• Adhere to and work within the policies and procedures of the company
• Attend staff and company meetings
• Act as a formal representative of the Company as required, representing and handling various activities

Basic Salary

MVR 16,000
