Lease of the 5000 and 10000 square feet plot of land in Ha. Kelaafor the development, operation and management of a Tourist Hotel and Guesthouses

The Secretariat of HA. Kela Council (the “Council”), representing the Government of Maldives, here by announces Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease, Development and Operation of Tourist Hotel and Guesthouses in HA. Kela Tourism Zone (the “Project”).

A total of 2 City Hotel and 12 Guesthouses are to be developed under this Project.

Interested parties may register to join for a virtual information session on 11th March 2021, 13:00hrs.

Interested parties for bid registration use the link /QR Code given below to access the registration form and remember to submit the forms before 9^th March 2021, 1400hrs.

The Council welcome interested parties with the required financial and technical expertise to participate in this bid and submit the proposals on 25th March 2021, 13:00hrs to the address specified by the Council.
