The Government of the Republic of the Maldives represented by the Ministry of Environment (MoEnv) has received financing from Global Environment Facility (GEF) and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract under the contract for consultancy services to develop an Overarching Chemicals Management Act. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

Pre-bid Meeting

The pre-bid meeting will be held on 01^st February 2021 at 1100 hours Maldivian time at the Minister of Environment.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

 Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment at the address given below, before 1100 hours on 10^th February 2021. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 1100 hours on 10^th February 2021 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
