Salary

• Direct and coordinate all the aspects of operational process to ensure optimized production.
• Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Prepare and implement action plans effectively.
• Forecast requirements and prepare annual budget.
• Supervising and directing the personnel responsible for operation process to ensure high quality and cost effective operation.
• Ensure availability of necessary material, equipment and labour resources required for daily operation.
• Develop and nurture a dynamic and competent workforce through a robust performance driven culture.
• Facilitate maintenance, repair or replacement of damaged equipment.
• Develop operations systems and analyze process workflow.
• Prepare reports on KOGs operation and present to the management.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
• Supporting all functions of the business to work together.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum Degree with MNQF level 7 or above in Business Management or relevant field; AND minimum 4 years of experience in senior level position in a related field.
• Fluent communication skills, leadership, technical, project management and organizational skills.

 Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and should be a person of high integrity, ethical and moral standards
