The company has an approved budget which has been allocated towards the acquisition of the goods for which this bid has been issued. The Company intends to apply the allocated funds to eligible payments under a contract for the supply and delivery of these goods as detailed in this Bidding Document.

Road Development Corporation Limited, Invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply and delivery of 370 UPVC Pipe Bell End (300mm) and 50 Tee (30mm)

Qualifications requirements are stated in the Bidding Document.

The Bidder shall be registered to submit the bid. Registration will be held from the date of advertisement to Wednesday 1800 hours 7^th October 2020, via email ([email protected]) stating the project name, Invitation number, Company name and Contact Number.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday 1400 hours Maldivian Time 7^th October 2020 at our Head Office (located at MSL Building 1^st Floor / Orchid Magu / Male’).

Inquiries will be taken on and after the meeting. Requests for clarification should be received by the Purchaser no later than: by Saturday 1400 hours Maldivian Time 10^th October 2020

The Bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of 10,000MVR (Ten Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa) (or Equivalent in United States Dollars). Bids shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the day of bid opening.

Bid shall be delivered to the address specified below, on or before Tuesday 1400 hours Maldivian Time on 27^th October 2020, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected. Submission will only be accepted from registered bidders.

Bids submitted via email will not be accepted. In addition to the bid document, bidders are required to submit completed Vendor Registration Form with all relevant documents.
