Design and Development of Customer Relationship Management Software Solution (CRM)

1. State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) requests sealed bids from interested and eligible parties for the above captioned tender.This request for proposal is open for both local and international bidders.

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested and eligible Bidders by emailing to the below email, from 15^th June 2020 to 06^th July 2020 between 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs on all working days, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$100.00 (United States Dollars One Hundred only) or equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa, in cash or telegraphic transfer. Documents shall be issued from 15^th June 2020 to 06^th July 2020 between 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs on all working days via email.

• Only Bidders who purchase the Bidding document can participate and thus the document is not transferable.
• For those bidders who wish to purchase and collect their bid documents online may send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] to get the bank details

        3. The Bid Validity shall be minimum hundred (100) days from the date of Bid opening. All Bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Security of MVR 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Rufiyaa only) or equivalent in United States Dollar which is valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bid. The Performance Security shall be 15% of the Bid Price. Bid Security and Performance Security shall be a bank guarantee letter (as per the format in the bid document), bank draft or an insurance policy.

        4. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on Tuesday, 07^th July 2020 at 11:00hrs local time. More details regarding the pre-bid meeting will be emailed to the bidders who purchase the bid document.

        5. All Bids shall be forwarded on or before Wednesday, 15^th July 2020, at 11:00 hrs.

        6. The Bids shall be addressed as follows:

• STELCO shall not be liable for the misplacement or premature opening for the unlabeled proposals.

        7. Further instructions regarding the bid opening meeting will be emailed to the bidders who purchase the bid document.

        8. It is in STELCO’s discretion to reject/cancel any bid which does not fulfil or comply the above terms, at any time during the bid evaluation process. Also it is in STELCO’s discretion to cancel this invitation to bid at any time.

        9. With reference to the Clause 12.05 of “Maaliayathu Gavaidhu” bidders providing goods or services to STELCO must submit supporting document along with the bid if they have a business or blood relationship with STELCO executives. If STELCO identifies that the bidder did not submit the relevant documents then the STELCO has the right to void the bid.
