Maldives has been a party to the UNFCCC since 1992 and is one of the first countries to ratify the Kyoto Protocol in 1998. Being a party to the convention, every party has to submit their Biennial Update Report to the UNFCCC as per the guidelines set-out Dec. 1/CP. 16 par. 60 and Dec 2/CP. 17 par. 41 and its Annex III. Ministry of Environment is in the process of finalizing the first Biennial Update Report (BUR) of the Maldives.

The advertisement no. (IUL) 438-CCD/438/2020/2 dated 5th January 2020 did not receive adequate number of bids which is required for bid-opening held on 13th January 2020. Hence, the assignment is re-advertised.

In this regard, the Ministry is seeking the services of an organization/business entity to print 100 nos. of high quality reports for this purpose.

Interested consultants must provide following:

1. Financial Proposal / Quotation with minimum 45 days validity, quoting GST and rate per page
2. Technical Specification
3. Letters of Reference indicating similar works
4. Details of the Firm (including Profile, copy of registration, copy of GST registration, contacts details (name, designation & contact number) of a liaising official) and Business Registration in Ministry of Economic Development.

The Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the address below no later than 1000 hours on 20^th January 2020. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope titled as below with name and contact number of the bidder, to the below address. The bids will be opened on 1000 hrs on 20^th January 2020, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
