Request for Expression of Interest

Construction of 15 Storey 1 Residential Tower under ‘FENAKA Hiya Project’

FENAKA Corporation Limited has decided to construct a 12,000 sqft residential tower of 15 storey in Hulhumale’ Phase 2 under “FENAKA Hiya Project.”

Interested local and foreign parties may obtain further information on request by writing to the address below. The expression of interest are expected to be submitted to the address below (by email or closed envelope), no later than 1500 hrs. Maldivian time on April 18^th, 2018 (Wednesday).

The companies that submit their expression of interest will be registered for the project. Further bid information and request for proposals will be offered to the registered companies.
