Invitation to submit proposals for Allied Building Signage Fabrication and Installation Works

Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives Pvt. Ltd. invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the
fabrication, supply, and installation of rooftop signage at the Allied Building, Chaandhanee Magu, Malé.

The scope of work includes the fabrication and installation of the "ALLIED INSURANCE" signage, structural support,
anchoring works, finishing, and all associated works in accordance with the approved architectural and structural
drawings, technical specifications, and installation methodology.

Interested bidders must have relevant experience in signage fabrication, structural steel works and installation works at
elevated locations, with the necessary technical expertise, equipment and safety arrangements to undertake the project.

An Information Session will be held to provide details at 10:30 AM on Sunday, 8th November 2026, at Allied Building,
5th Floor, Chaandhanee Magu, Malé. Interested parties may submit their proposals at 10:30 AM on Thursday, 12th
November 2026.

Please note that parties who do not participate in the information session will not be allowed to submit a proposal.
