Staff Privilege Program 

Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for terminal facilities, fuel systems, vessels, equipment, and automation systems to ensure reliability and minimize downtime 

Lead maintenance teams, workshop operations, troubleshooting, inspections, CMMS activities, reliability studies, KPIs, and performance reporting 

Plan and support engineering projects and shutdown activities, including technical reviews, BOQ/BOM preparation, procurement, contractor coordination, site execution, and commissioning 

Ensure full QHSE and technical compliance, including PTW/JHA procedures, SOPs, risk controls, environmental requirements, contractor performance, and emergency response 

Drive continuous improvement, automation, energy efficiency, and operational optimization, while being able to work overtime, at heights, in confined spaces, around machinery/fuel facilities, and perform physically demanding tasks 

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 

Ability to read and write in English and Dhivehi 

Good knowledge of MS Office packages 

Good knowledge of machines and manual tools
