Introduction
Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd (MWSC) invites interested and qualified tenderers to submit proposals for the “SAP S/4HANA Application Management Services (AMS)”
Interested tenderers are requested to review the attached Scope of Work &Eligibility Criteria and Requirements for the detailed scope of work and requirements, and to follow the schedule below to complete the registration process and proposal submission process.
Scope of Work
The selected vendor shall provide engagement covers Application Management and Support Services for MWSC's SAP S/4HANA landscape (SAP S/4HANA on Private Cloud) and the modules/applications listed in Section 1.2. (Refer to the attachment) Services will primarily be delivered offshore, with onsite support at MWSC's premises in Male', Maldives, provided upon request.
Documentation Requirements
Interested and qualified vendors wishing to undertake this project shall meet the following requirements and submit the relevant supporting documents:
- Company profile
- Business Registration Certificate
- GST Registration Certificate, issued by the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA), where applicable.
- Company Business Information Sheet, issued by the Ministry of Economic Development, Transport and Trade, generated within one (1) month prior to the Bid submission deadline, where applicable.
Registration Process
Interested tenderers are required to register for the tender through the link Bidder Registration between 15th October 2026 to 20th October 2026. Further information and a soft copy of the tender documents will be shared with the registered tenderers on 21st October 2026.

Bid Security & Performance Guarantee
Each vendor must furnish a bid security in the amount of MVR 15,420 /-, or an equivalent amount in USD. The successful vendor must furnish to the Employer a performance Bank Guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Contract sum within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the notification of award from the Employer.
