Introduction

Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd (MWSC) invites interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the “Supply, Installation & Configuration for 5000TPD Surveillance Project”

Interested vendors are requested to review the attached Scope of Work & Bill of Materials for the detailed scope of work and requirements, and to follow the schedule below to complete the registration process and proposal submission process.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor shall provide end-to-end supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of the network switching, fiber optic infrastructure and IP surveillance system at the 5000TPD Building, in accordance with the attached Scope of Work & Bill of Materials.

Qualification Requirements

Interested and qualified vendors wishing to undertake this project shall meet the following requirements and submit the relevant supporting documents:

• Any single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity registered in the Republic of Maldives, with 100% Maldivian shareholding
• Business Registration Certificate at Economic Ministry
• Company Profile / Portfolio.
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission).
• Company Business Information Sheet (Economic Ministry), Generated within 1 month from the Bid submission deadline
• Manufacturer authorization letter/certificate (Authorized Partner or Distributor for HPE Aruba products and for the offered camera brand, which shall be either AXIS or Hikvision)
• The vendor shall provide at least two (2) references for similar projects within the past three (3) years, each valued above MVR 200,000.00, including at least one HPE Aruba network project and one IP surveillance project using AXIS or Hikvision cameras. Submit client contact details and supporting letters, purchase orders, contracts or completion certificates.

Registration Process

Interested vendors are required to register for the tender through the link Bidder Registration between 15^th October 2026 to 20^th October 2026. Further information and a soft copy of the tender documents will be shared with the registered tenderers on 21^st October 2026.

Bid Security & Performance Guarantee

Each vendor must furnish a bid security in the amount of MVR 10,000/-, The successful vendor must furnish to the Employer a performance Bank Guarantee in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract sum within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the notification of award from the Employer.
