Subject: Revision of Bid Submission Deadline and Information Session Date.

With reference to the bid announcement number (IUL)BCC-PS/1/2026/65 published on 20^th September 2026 for Provision of Event Management Services for Maurazu Awarding Ceremony, Business Center Corporation (BCC) hereby announce following amendment.

Due to scope changes, the schedule for the mandatory Information Session, Bid Submission, has been revised as follows:

Information Session (Mandatory):
Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the address below on 27^th September 2026, Sunday, 1200 hours

M.Kaneeru Villa 1st Floor, Orchid Magu, Male’, Republic of Maldives.

The Bid Document and Terms of Reference (TOR) will be issued to bidders during the Information Session.

Bid Submission
Bid Opening will be held at the address below on 6^th October 2026, Tuesday, 1200 hours.
