Consultancy Services for expert assurance of the new Credit Information System

• The Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) is seeking Consultancy Services for expert assurance of the new Credit Information System.

• Eligibility of Bidders: A bidder may be a natural person, a private entity, a government-owned entity, partnership or any combination of them in the form of a joint venture, under an existing agreement or with the intent to constitute a legally enforceable joint venture. All partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Contract terms.

• Bidders requiring any further clarification of the Bidding Documents, shall email their queries to [email protected] before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 24 September 2026. The response to clarifications shall be provided by MMA on or before 1500 hours (Maldives Time) 24 September 2026.

• All bid documents must be emailed before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 28 September 2026. The recommended time emailing the Bid Submission Form 5.1 and the Financial Proposal 5.4 is 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 28 September 2026, during the MS-Teams meeting.

• Bid documents received later than 0900 hours (Maldives Time) of 28 September 2026 will not be accepted.
