Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital invites qualified and eligible vendors to submit proposals for the supply, licensing, deployment, configuration, knowledge transfer, and support and maintenance of a modern, centrally managed, AI-driven Endpoint Security Solution for Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital.

1.      Information To Bidders

1.1.   Bidders are advised to carefully read the tender information sheet.

1.2.   The bidder must be a legally registered company in the Republic of Maldives.

1.3.   The bidder must maintain an established operational presence with the capacity to support implementation, coordination, service delivery, and ongoing technical support, including local or regional support availability

1.5.   Any inquiries or requests for clarification regarding this tender shall be submitted by email to [email protected]  no later than 13:00 hours on 16 September 2026.

2.      Bid Submission and Opening

2.1.     Bidders are required to submit their bids in person at the time and venue specified below. The bidder or an authorized representative of the bidder must be present at the bid opening.

• Venue: Alimas Maalam, 1st Floor Meeting Room, Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital

2.2.   All bids must be submitted at the above-mentioned venue and time immediately prior to the bid opening. Bidders are required to be present at the venue before 11:00 hours to complete the bid submission process.

2.3.   Any bid submitted after 11:00 hours on 17^th September 2026 shall be considered a late bid and will not be accepted. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.

2.4.   Bidders are advised to ensure that all required documents, forms, technical proposals, financial proposals and supporting documents are prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the Tender Document.

2.5.   Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any bid accordance with the applicable procurement rules and regulations.
