Required Qualification & Experience: |
|
|
- Member of an IFAC-recognized professional accounting body. (e.g, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) - Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management position involving financial management, financial reporting, or corporate reporting. |
|
|
Responsibilities: |
|
|
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company’s objectives and long-term sustainability. - Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans. - Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and statutory reports in compliance with IFRS and applicable regulations. - Maintain effective financial controls and safeguard company assets. - Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, financing and investments. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, PCB requirements and board policies. - Oversee financial risk management and internal control frameworks. - Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors and ensure implementation of audit recommendations. - Lead and manage the Finance Division and ensure effective performance of finance staff. - Report material financial risks, irregularities, and compliance issues to Management and the Board. - Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, filing tax returns, and implementing tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax liabilities. - Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the CEO or Board in accordance with company’s policies. |

Required Qualification & Experience: |

|
- Master’s Degree with 8 Years of Experience OR - Degree in relevant area with 10 Years of Experience |

|
Responsibilities: |
|
|
- Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy and procurement plan for the project. - Review project requirements, budgets, specifications, and schedules to identify procurement needs and priorities. - Develop procurement packages and schedules for works, goods, equipment, consultancy, and other project requirements. - Prepare and review tender documents, specifications, BOQs, TORs, and contractual requirements. - Manage the complete procurement process from tender preparation and issuance through evaluation, approval, contract award, and close-out. - Coordinate tender clarifications, amendments, bid evaluations, and procurement recommendations. - Lead contract negotiations and oversee the contract award process. - Manage and monitor suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers against contractual requirements. - Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other relevant teams on procurement and contractual matters. - Monitor procurement costs, budgets, contract values, variations, and delivery schedules. - Identify and manage procurement, supply chain, commercial, and contractual risks. - Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable laws, policies, procedures, and approval requirements. - Maintain complete procurement and contract records and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes. - Prepare procurement progress reports and provide updates and recommendations to senior management. - Lead and supervise procurement personnel and ensure effective performance of the procurement function. - Ensure timely procurement of critical and long-lead items to support project delivery. - Oversee contract variations, amendments, claims, extensions, and contract close-out activities. - Identify opportunities for cost savings, competitive pricing, and value-for-money procurement. |
