Relationship Manager

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

Educational Requirements

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics or related discipline
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related discipline; professional certifications in banking/credit

Professional Experience

• Essential: 3–5 years' experience in relationship management, corporate/commercial banking, or related roles, with demonstrated client management experience
• Preferred: 5–7 years' experience in relationship management or corporate/commercial banking, with demonstrated client management experience; prior experience in banking, financial services, or corporate environments

Salary and Allowances

• As per DBM's approved salary structure
