INVITATION FOR BIDS

School Digitalization Project In Vilufushee School

1. The Ministry of Education of the Maldives is seeking bids for the Supply and Delivery of Items Required for The School Digitalization Project in Vilufushee School, funded by the Indian Grant Assistance for Implementation of High Impact Community Development Projects (HICDPs).

2. International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with the Public Finance Regulation of Maldives. Qualifications requirements are stated in the Bidding Document.

3. Interested bidders shall register with the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Skills Development by submitting the Bid Registration form using the link below from July 06, 2026 to July 14, 2026.

4. A complete set of bidding documents and related documentation is available with this announcement and, also on Ministry of Education website www.moe.gov.mv for downloading free of cost on July 06, 2026. The Ministry shall not be liable for any information not received by the Bidder. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this Bid.

5. Any clarifications to the project may be sent to the address in clause 9 of this invitation on or before 2359 Hours before, July 14, 2026.

6. Bids shall be delivered to the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Skills Development at the address specified in the Clause 9 of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 1100hrs, Maldivian time on July 16, 2026 the time, at which they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening.

7. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening.
