INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy has received financing from Green Climate Fund (GCF) and co-financing from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) towards the implementation of the project “Building Climate Resilient Safer Islands in the Maldives” and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the “Consultancy Service for Communication Strategy and Action Plan Implementation”.The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy (Dharubaaruge, Faashanaa Maalan), before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 23rd July 2026. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 10:05AM on 23^rd July 2026 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
