Utility Regulatory Authority is reannouncing the invitation for proposals for “Consultancy Services for Development of Standards and Guidelines for Petroleum Storage in the Maldives”, due to an insufficient number of proposals received in response to the earlier invitation. 

Utility Regulatory Authority is seeking potential and competent parties to submit their proposals for the consultancy services as per the attached ToR. Therefore, an invitation to submit bids is hereby opened to all interested and eligible bidders.

Additional information regarding the submission of proposals is provided in the attached ToR. 

Bid Clarification

Any clarifications regarding the bid shall be sent to [email protected] before 29 July 2026, 9:00 AM.

Please note that clarification requests regarding bid submission will only be accepted via emails sent to the above email address.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

The bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
