Degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

OR a Certified Professional

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

  • Conduct company-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify workforce skill gaps.
  • Ensure all learning and development initiatives align with and support the company's annual strategic objectives.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage the annual Learning & Development (L&D) budget to maximize training effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Prepare, design, and develop training programs, instructional materials, modules, and learning paths for various departments, including onboarding, technical skills, compliance, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Conduct and facilitate training sessions for departments and employees, delivering engaging and effective learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and blended learning methods.
  • Determine the most effective training delivery methods, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructor-led workshops, e-learning, blended learning, and external training providers.
  •  Personally facilitate and deliver high-impact training sessions, particularly in specialized or certified subject areas.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's new-hire orientation program to ensure rapid integration and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Provide regular reports and analytics to senior leadership on training completion, skill development, learning outcomes, and budget utilization.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote continuous learning, self-directed development, knowledge sharing, and a strong learning culture across the organization
