Maldive Gas Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to fill the following position:

Post: Engineer – Production & Engineering

Job Role

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Company's production and engineering facilities. The role includes supervising mechanical and electrical maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programmes, troubleshooting equipment failures, supporting engineering projects and equipment installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operating procedures, and maintaining accurate maintenance records to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Profile

Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2–3 years' relevant experience in plant operations, LPG/gas plants, oil & gas, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment. Sound technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team are essential.

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary: MVR 10,000.00
• Attendance Allowance: MVR 2,600.00
• Service Allowance: MVR 1,000.00
• Risk & Hardship Allowance: MVR 3,000.00
• Pension contribution as per the Employment Act.

Worksite: Production & Engineering Department (Thilafushi)
