We are looking for a talented and motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team and play a key role in protecting our digital assets, strengthening our security posture, and supporting business objectives through effective cybersecurity operations.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and maintain cybersecurity tools and solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events and incidents.
• Investigate suspicious activities and implement containment and preventive measures.
• Triage security events and incidents, identify anomalies, and report remediation actions.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of incident information and documentation.
• Minimize downtime and support business continuity objectives.
• Provide cybersecurity services and support across the organization.
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute Security Operations Center (SOC) procedures and processes.
• Analyze phishing emails reported by internal users and recommend appropriate actions.
• Escalate incidents to the L2 SOC team when required.
• Follow up on remediation activities and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform triage and handling of general information security tickets.
