The following amendment is made to the Bidding Document for the Lease, Development, Operation and Management of Tourist Resorts in K. Kaashidhoo Plot of Lagoon and N. Farumuli, pursuant to the Invitation for Bids (IFB) number (IUL)88-PS/88/2026/23, dated 28^th January 2026 and Instruction to Bidders (ITB).

• Amendment to the date for obtaining further information and the purchase of bidding documents.
• An additional pre-bid meeting will be conducted to provide further information
• Amendment to the deadline for bid submission.

Hence, the following Clauses of the IFB & ITB are to be amended as below;

a)      Clause 11 of the IFB:  

Interested parties may obtain further information and purchase the Bidding Documents from 01^st February 2026 up to the 12^th May 2026, between 09:00hrs to 13:00 hrs, at the following address or via email to [email protected].

b)      Clause 19 of the IFB:  

A  pre-bid  meeting  to  provide  information  for  interested  parties  shall  be  held virtually via TEAMS at 10:00 hrs Wednesday, 15^th April 2026. Those who wish to participant must email to [email protected] expressing the interest,with name, email address and phone number, before 12:00hrs on Tuesday, 14^th April 2026

c)      Clause 20 of the IFB:  

Bids are to be delivered on or before 1000hrs on Wednesday, 13^th May 2026, to the address in IFB Clause 11 or any other venue that the Ministry may announce
