Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking organized and motivated individuals to join Hanimaadhoo International Airport Operations. The successful candidates will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office and organizational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure general office administration needs are met, including office supplies, equipment, and shared office functions (e.g., daily mail receipting and posting).
- Support general administrative requirements, including:
- Internal Maintenance Program documentation
- Data entry and accounts processing
- Front desk reception for customers and guests.
- Maintain the Customer Complaints and Feedback Register, including issuing initial acknowledgements.
- Complete all administrative requirements for managing and organizing scheduled maintenance.
- Provide support to team members during events.
- Manage daily office administrative tasks such as cleaning office areas, opening, and closing the office.
- Make travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Assist in daily HR-related tasks, including payroll, recruitment, attendance management, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed O’ Levels with 3 passes

The successful candidates will support airport operations by delivering exceptional customer service and maintain merchandise presentation standards to ensure a luxury shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle POS transactions accurately while ensuring full compliance with company payment policies.
- Deliver luxury standard customer service, using strong product knowledge to guide and support customer purchases.
- Drive sales through proactive engagement, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Support store operations, including merchandising, stock monitoring, inventory replenishment and maintaining clean, organized retail space.
- Collaborate on sales goals, mentor new staff and report safety or maintenance concerns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE O’ Level with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in frontline customer service and travel retail industry travel is preferred.
- Knowledge of international high-end brands is an advantage.

Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join Hanimaadhoo International Airport Operations. The successful candidate will support safety operations by ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
They will also respond to incidents, implement preventive measures, and maintain safety standards to ensure a secure and risk-free working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Preparing and update airport Safety Management System (SMS) manual.
- Assist in Coordinating and conduct airport emergency exercises with managers directions.
- Assist in Planning and developing SMS and Airport Emergency training, aid in preparing airport safety related SOPs.
- Coordinate and organize training sessions related to SMS and Airport Emergency plan for airport, airline and service employees.
- Assist in Complete daily inspections of all airport safety and operational areas and equipment including airfield facilities, runway and taxiways, safety areas, airfield lighting, parking aprons, hangars, paved and nonpaved surfaces, fuel storage areas, and perimeter fences and gates for hazardous conditions related to aviation operations.
- Assist in Investigating safety and security incidents and accidents, and prepare report and inform HO. Coordinate recommendations to Manager for preparation of future incidents. Assist the Manager with changes to safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional qualities and increase knowledge and skills of technical information.
