Regarding Invitation for Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Development of 1,000 Affordable Home Ownership Units in Hulhumale’ Phase 3, Maldives Through a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model in Hulhumale’ Phase 3
Reference is made to the announcement number (IUL)491/491/2026/25 dated 26th February 2026 for Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Development of 1,000 Affordable Home Ownership Units in Hulhumale’ Phase 3, Maldives Through a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model in Hulhumale’ Phase 3.
Please be informed that The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure hereby announces the first Amendment to the Request for Proposal for the Development of 1,000 Affordable Home Ownership Units in Hulhumale’ Phase 3, Maldives Through a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model in Hulhumale’ Phase 3.
This Amendment forms an integral part of the RFP and shall be read together with the RFP as a single document. Where there is any inconsistency between the provisions of this Amendment and the original RFP, the provisions of this Amendment shall prevail. All provisions of the RFP not expressly amended herein remain in full force and effect.
All interested proponents are required to take note of and incorporate the amendments set out in the attached Amendment 1 with this advertisment in their proposals.
Any requests for clarification arising from this Amendment must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before 22nd March 2026, 13:00hrs.
The submission deadline for the RFP is hereby revised. Proponents are required to submit their proposals (both Technical and Financial) electronically to [email protected] no later than 31st March 2026, 13:00 hrs. Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted.
