 Net Salary Range: MVR 20,800.00 – MVR 22,800.00

 Health insurance will be provided after probation

 Retirement Pension Scheme: 7% of the basic salary will be contributed monthly to the Maldives 

 Retirement Pension Fund on behalf of the employee

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the company’s fixed asset register
  • Monitor asset acquisition, transfer, and disposal records
  • Conduct periodic physical verification of assets
  • Ensure proper capitalization and depreciation of assets
  • Prepare asset-related reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding asset movements
  • Support audit requirements related to asset management

Required Qualification

 Advance Diploma with 3 years experience or Bachelors Degree with 2 year experience in equivalent field or 5 years experience in relevant field
