- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for internal and external communication.
- Create promotional videos, event coverage, interviews, testimonials, and short-form digital content.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, and sound editing for professional output.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (social media, website, presentations).
- Support website updates, including uploading news, announcements, event highlights, and multimedia content.
- Capture professional photographs for events, campaigns, and corporate use.
- Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards.
- Maintain and organize digital video and photo archives.
- Design creative posters, banners, and marketing collateral.
- Create visual assets for campaigns, announcements, and social media.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual identity.
- Create and update engaging content for the company’s internal digital shout-out board.
- Liaise with relevant departments/centres to obtain materials to ensure timely and accurate updates of the internal digital shout-out board.
- Design celebratory graphics for achievements, service anniversaries, milestones, and recognitions.
- Support PR initiatives with visual storytelling content.
- Assist in campaign launches and brand awareness activities.
- Work closely with the communications team to align visuals with messaging strategy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Diploma in Media, Mass Communication, Journalism, Multimedia Technology, or related field.
- OR
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in media, communications, or content creation, with completion of O-Level (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in videography and photography.
- Proficiency in editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
- Strong knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound recording techniques.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
