Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing effective sales strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
• Convert sales visits into orders through strong negotiation skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure full territory coverage by following approved daily and weekly route plans.
• Monitor stock availability, manage stockouts, and coordinate replenishment with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Improve product visibility through effective merchandising, displays, and promotional execution.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and report market insights
• Maintain accurate visit records and submit regular sales performance and market reports.

Required Qualifications

• 5 Pass in O’Levels

Preferred Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a relevant field and should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Should be able to work long hours
