The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MOTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Hotel on the 71,832 (Seventy-One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty-Two) Square Metre plot of land in Baarah, Haa Alifu Atoll, Republic of Maldives.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information session that will be held virtually via TEAMS at 10:00 HRS on 23^rd February 2026 (Monday) and submit proposals at 10:00 HRS on 31^st March 2026 (Tuesday).

The application form to purchase the Bid Document is attached with this announcement.  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 1^st February 2026 till 30^th March 2026 (With the exception of government holidays), between 09:00 HRS – 13:00 HRS, from the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception, or via email.
