MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in graphic design, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in preparing visual materials including minimum 2-3 completed projects involving the preparation of visual materials for similar technical documents.

OBJECTIVE
• The main aim of the consultancy is to collaborate closely with HDC's core team and relevant stakeholders throughout all stages of developing the Social Development Master Plan, Landscape Plan, Environment Plan, Transport Plan, HVCA, Disaster Management Plan (DMP), and City Emergency Operations Plan (CEOP) for Hulhumale’ ensuring consistent and high-quality visual communication across all planning outputs.
