Consultancy for Technical Review, Refinement and Finalization of the Hulhumalé Disaster Management Plan

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Disaster Management, Urban Planning, Urban Resilience, Climate Change, Emergency Management, Social Development, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in disaster risk management, emergency planning, urban resilience, or related fields.

OBJECTIVE
• Provide expert technical support to finalize and align Hulhumalé’s disaster management framework—by refining the HVCA, DMP, and EOP in line with NDMA guidelines and international best practices—while strengthening operational readiness, institutional roles, stakeholder validation, and limited capacity building of HDC staff on disaster risk management and emergency planning.
