Developer Project Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field with minimum 1 years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE
Supervise, manage and instruct the project team while monitoring progress, maintaining quality, and coordinating with relevant personnel to carry out the necessary day-to-day works.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Inspect construction activities and prepare progress reports and statements.
• Review structural drawings and recommend design change for projects, if required.
• Provide assistance and technical inputs during the initiation stage of the project.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding their own tasks or team tasks to complete the given tasks/ projects.
• Supervision of project team and track the status and progress of ongoing projects.
• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting the construction site, and verifying calculations and placements.
• Obtain the required information for the implementation of projects.
• Make recommendations or present solutions to any emerging problems/ deficiencies.
• Schedule meetings with Developers to discuss projects, if required.
• Coordinate work assignments with Project Manager, Engineers and external Stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required construction activities.
• Prepare technical reports, Committee/Board papers and other reports as required.
• Manage the contract and ensure that the Developer meets the contractual deadlines/milestones.
• Ensure proper documentation and quality control standards are followed.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing structural designs and drawings submitted by relevant stakeholders.
• Examine construction materials and approve if required.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Excellent knowledge of building and construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Able to interpret and understand engineering and architectural plans, concepts, and methodologies.
• Fluent in AutoCAD and experience in Autodesk Revit.
• Fluent with structural design software such as STMD Pro.
• Ability to read the communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
• Direct work experience in a project management role, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Strong familiarity with project management software and the technical know-how of the projects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Should possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Should be an effective communicator, both verbally and through writing skills.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 21,500.00 to 25,000.00 based on educational qualification and experience.
