The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MOTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop Tourist Hotels in the below mentioned plots in Muli, Meemu Atoll, Republic of Maldives.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information session that will be held virtually via TEAMS at 11:00 hrs on Monday, 19^th January 2026, and submit proposals at 11:00 hrs on Wednesday, 25^th February 2026.

 The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 11^th January 2026 till 24^th February 2026 (With the exception of government holidays), between 09:00 HRS – 13:00 HRS, from the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception, or via email.
