Introduction:

 The Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking a qualified and competent service provider to conduct random drug and alcohol testing for RACL employees, in line with applicable aviation safety requirements and internal policies. The service provider shall comply with the following operational, technical, and administrative requirements.

Project Scope:

The service provider shall be responsible for conducting drug and alcohol testing under various circumstances, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
