Subject: Supply, Installation, Configuration of CCTV Camera and System upgrade

Housing Development Finance Corporation Plc. (HDFC) invites quotations from eligible suppliers for the following:

Please include following details in the quotation/proposal:

• All prices must include Cabling, Installation and configuring new cameras with existing four (4) cameras at the premises. HDFC will provide network cable for camera installation.
• Detail specification of the quoted product
• Breakdown of the price (if applicable)
• Vendors should quote price in MVR including GST and all Taxes (if applicable)
• Delivery duration in calendar days
• Payment Terms
• Quotation validity period
• Quotation with multiple options (other than specified above) WILL NOT be accepted.
• No Advance Payment.
• Quotations submitted later than the specified closing time and date shall not be accepted.
