INVITATION FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL FOR LEASING WAREHOUSE IN K. MALE OR HULHUMALE PHASE 01

Lease Requirements:

The proposed property MUST strictly meet the following mandatory specifications:

• Location: Within Malé City or Hulhumale Phase 01
• Total Floor Area: minimum 5,000 square feet or greater
• Layout: The required square feet must be available across no more than two (2) floors
• Floor Level: Adjacent 2 floors from ground (or basement) to up.

Amenities:

• The premises must be fully air-conditioned.
• The entrance must have an automatic shutter gate.
• Must include at least one (1) toilet facility.
• Condition: The finishing works (including flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical, and plumbing) must be complete and in good condition.
• Preference will be given for ready to move in place with above facilities.

Submission of Proposals:

• A detailed cover letter stating the offered monthly rental rate (in Maldivian Rufiyaa).
• Clear floor plans indicating the total area and layout.
• Recent photographs of the property (interior and exterior).
• Contact information (name, phone number, and email address).

For property owners

• Copy of the Land Registry Document.
• Copy of the National ID Card of the Property Owner(s).
• Property of Multiple Owners, Power of Attorney Letter

For Authorized agents or Sub-lessors

• Certified copy of the head-lease agreement demonstrating the legal right to sublease the property for the required term.
• A written letter of Authorization from the property owners explicitly permitting the sublease of the premises.
• Copy of national ID card of the head lessor (property owner) and the sublessor (Agent).
