Document Archiving and Digitizing Solution

1.  The MMA is seeking to procure and implement a Document Archiving and Digitizing solution to manage the day-to-day documents and the historical documents and the historical documents that MMA currently stores at its premises.

2.  Eligibility of Bidders: A Bidder may be a partnership or a limited liability company.

3.  Interested parties shall register for bidding by submitting the following contact details to [email protected] by 1100 hours (Maldives time) of 10^th November 2025.

4.  Bidders requiring any further clarification of the Bidding Documents, shall email their queries to [email protected] before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 16 November 2025. The response to clarifications shall be provided by MMA on or before 1500 hours (Maldives Time) 16 November 2025.

5.  All bid documents must be emailed before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 24 November 2025. The recommended time emailing the Bid Submission Form 5.1 and the Financial Proposal 5.4 is between 1015 hours and 1100 hours of 24 November 2025, during the MS-Teams meeting held on 24 November 2025, from 1015 hours to 1130 hours (Maldives Time).

6.  Bid documents received later than 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 24 November 2025 will not be accepted.
