Responsibility
|
- Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including assisting in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts.
- Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms, including timely delivery of goods, services, or works.
- Assist in managing contract variations, amendments, and closeout processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and international best practices.
- Identify and help mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve contract performance and supplier relationships

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
|
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management or in a related field.
- Or Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management or in a related field with 02 years experience in a relate field.
