Job Description
Operational:
- Manage daily customer interactions through phone calls, chatbots, and social media.
- Manage and track leads, ensuring effective engagement, timely follow-ups, and successful conversion into applications.
- Support efficient application processing by streamlining procedures.
- Maintain accurate data records, including tracking and monitoring referral customers.
- Onboard, evaluate, and manage third-party stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule and manage appointments.
Strategic and Project-Based:
- Drive portfolio growth and expand market presence through new opportunities.
- Support the development of new financial products and services.
- Plan and execute market campaigns, visits, and events.
- Conduct research and analyse market trends to support business development strategies and enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate on process and system improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Organize, plan, and manage corporate and promotional events.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, finance, banking, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer service or similar field will be an added advantage.

Salary:Salary ranging from MVR 18,000 to MVR 20,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
