Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) PLC, established in January 2004, is the only specialized housing finance institution in the Maldives. HDFC is a privatized company with International Shareholders represented by the International Finance Corporation (IFC of World Bank Group), Asian Development Bank, and HDFC Bank Ltd. of India, jointly holding 51% of shares.

Job Description

Operational:

  • Manage daily customer interactions through phone calls, chatbots, and social media.
  • Manage and track leads, ensuring effective engagement, timely follow-ups, and successful conversion into applications.
  • Support efficient application processing by streamlining procedures.
  • Maintain accurate data records, including tracking and monitoring referral customers.
  • Onboard, evaluate, and manage third-party stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule and manage appointments.

Strategic and Project-Based:

  • Drive portfolio growth and expand market presence through new opportunities.
  • Support the development of new financial products and services.
  • Plan and execute market campaigns, visits, and events.
  • Conduct research and analyse market trends to support business development strategies and enable informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate on process and system improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Organize, plan, and manage corporate and promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, finance, banking, or related field. 
  • 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer service or similar field will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:Salary ranging from MVR 18,000 to MVR 20,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Working Hours: The selected candidate will be required to work from 08:00 to 16:00 hrs., from Sunday – Thursday.
