INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Tourism and Environment has received financing from the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) for strengthening of the National Ozone Unit and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract for the project “Hiring of a Service Provider to Setup and Operate a Laser/Hologram Wall during the Public Engagement Event to be held in celebration of the 2025 World Ozone Day”. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.
A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.
Bid Validity and Bid Opening
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 09th September 2025. Late bids will be rejected.
The bids will be opened at 10:05 AM on 09th September 2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
