- Preparing Accurate project cost estimates - Evaluating material, labour and equipment costs - Conducting risk analysis and suggesting cost effective solutions - Assisting in bid preparation and contract negotiations - Creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications. |
Responsibilities: |

- Completed Diploma in a related field - 5 years of experience in a related field - Proficiency in using computer spreadsheets and database as well as estimating, CAD and scheduling software will be an added advantage |
