Event Manager to conduct the Maldives Financial Expo and the Financial Sector Awards 2025

1. The MMA is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced event manager to provide end-to-end event execution services, including tent infrastructure, technical setup, stall and stage management, concept design and branding, entertainment arrangements, and overall coordination and conduction of the Maldives Financial Expo from 27th - 29th November 2025 and Financial Sector Awards ceremony on 26^th November 2025

1. Eligibility of Bidders: A Bidder may be a sole proprietorship, partnership, or a limited liability company or a government-owned entity, registered with the Ministry of Economic Development & Trade.

1. Interested parties shall register for bidding by emailing Expression of Interest (EOI) to [email protected] by 1100 hours of 25^th August 2025. The EOI should provide the following information of the bidder.
