On behalf of Government of Maldives, the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure (MHI) desires to seek private-sector partners to develop social and medium-end housing and related social infrastructure in Hulhumale’ Phase II in the Republic of Maldives.

Detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be available on the Ministry’s Website www.housing.gov.mv from 17 September 2015 onwards. Any Questions or clarifications about the RFP must be directed to:

The purpose of the RFP is to identify and select private-sector partners (single providers or groups of partnering providers) to finance, construct, and deliver housing in Hulhumale’ Phase II.

The MHI now invites interested proponent to submit their proposals as per the published (RFP). The proposals submitted by the Proponents will be evaluated based on the terms, conditions and the criteria set in this RFP Documents. The proposals must be addressed to:
