Business Center Corporation (BCC) is seeking to procure a robust, scalable, and secure Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis. The platform must streamline all human resources workflows including employee profile management, payroll, leave, attendance, performance management, and reporting functionalities while providing centralized visibility and real-time oversight of the workforce.The solution must be compatible with multi-device access (web and mobile) and meet compliance and security standards applicable in the Maldives.
As part of this initiative, the Business Center Corporation (BCC) plans to implement a cloud-based Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) to improve and streamline its HR operations.
Business Center Corporation invites all interested parties to submit sealed bids to the Provision of HR Management Software for a period of 2 years.
