Transfer of Foreign Labour Customer Support Services to the Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology

Effective from 16th July 2025, all customer support services related to Foreign Labour Services will be directly handled by the Foreign Labour Department of the Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology.

Since 1st February 2025, a dedicated extension within the oneGov Call Centre has been available to allow customers to connect directly with the Ministry’s Foreign Labour Department. Moving forward, this extension will be replaced by a separate support contact number: 1485.

Additionally, walk-in support services for foreign labour matters, previously provided at the oneGov Support Centre, will now be available at the Ministry’s new support centre located in the Waterfront Building.

This change is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen service delivery by enabling direct communication between the public and the responsible authority.

For any inquiries or assistance related to Foreign Labour Services, members of the public are kindly requested to use the Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology’s official support channels, including the support number 1485.
