Addu City Council hereby announces the investment opportunity for interested parties to undertake Development, Sales and Operation of Mixed Residential Development, Retail Space, City Hotel and Public Utility and Entertainment Center in Addu City Hithadhoo.

Interested proponents shall submit their expression of interest with the required documents to the address provided below in a sealed envelope clearly marked as the “Expression of Interest- for the Development, Sales and Operation of Mixed residential development, retail space, city hotel, public utility and entertainment center in Addu City Hithadhoo.”  At 11:00 am on 07^th August 2025
