Academic Qualification and Experience

• M.Sc. degree in Agriculture/Agronomy/Horticulture (specialization in plant protection or irrigation water management or any directly related field) with:
  • 5 years hands-on field experience in smallholder plant production operations      OR

• 5 years’ experience in the field of Integrated Nutrient Management (INM) and Integrated Pest Management (IPM)       OR

• 5 years’ experience in any related field
